Terms & Conditions — Welders Ghana

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Welders Ghana website (weldersghana.com) and the services provided by Welders Ghana. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Welders Ghana provides welding, steel fabrication, gate installation and related services across Ghana. All services are subject to a written quotation and agreement between Welders Ghana and the client.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by Welders Ghana are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to revision if site conditions or project requirements change.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences
The balance is due upon completion and handover of the project
Payment terms may vary for large commercial projects — as agreed in writing

5. Workmanship Guarantee

Welders Ghana provides a written workmanship guarantee on all completed projects. The guarantee period varies by project type and is specified in the project agreement. The guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate site measurements and access for survey and installation
Ensuring the site is ready for installation on the agreed date
Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the work

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and designs, is the property of Welders Ghana and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Welders Ghana's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract for which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
